Safeguarding Group

The SportActiv Safeguarding Group has been established as the key mechanism to steer the safeguarding work of SportActiv and its partners. Its aims are to ensure that SportActiv can achieve the outcomes as outlined in the Safeguarding and Protecting Children Policy. The full terms of reference of this key group are laid out below.

The group will develop Policy and implement an Action Plan aimed at promoting and ensuring the impact of Policy and Procedure.

The new Safeguarding and Protecting Policy was adopted by BSAF Board of Directors on 2nd February 2009.
